Cedar Crest ENT Allergy Doctors
Theodore H. Gaylor, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Gaylor is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, his Medical Degree at The Free University of Brussels, Belgium, and completed his Residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Connecticut.
As a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Gaylor received the American Academy of Otolaryngology – and Head and Neck Surgery Honor Award, on September 26, 2010.
Dr. Gaylor has been in practice of medicine in the Lehigh Valley for over 32 years. He has been president of Cedar Crest ENT Associates Inc. for the last 22 years, and treats all ear, nose, and throat disorders, including everything from voice and swallowing disorders to adult and pediatric allergies.
Mikhail Domnine, PA-C
Mikhail Domnine is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from DeSales University with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2001. He is board certified by the National Commission Certification for Physician Assistants.
Mikhail has been practicing Otolaryngology for the past 15 years, and has worked in variety of private ENT practices, as well as leading world institutions to include:Massachusetts Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Infirmary and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He now brings his skills to Cedar Crest ENT Associates, providing professional ear, nose, and throat treatments to patients.
Nicole Freemont, M.A., CCC/A
Nicole Freemont received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toledo in 1993, and a Master’s Degree in Audiology from University of Akron in 1998.
With her background, Nicole has the tools needed to provide accurate diagnosis with treatments that work. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) through which she holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC/A).
